How do rewards work?
Each reward period lasts 30 days. Keep about 90% of your calls inside Niner to stay on track for an estimated reward of up to $50. Calls in Niner raise your Call Share. Confirmed calls elsewhere may lower it. Your estimate and every change are visible in Niner.
What counts as an outside call?
A connected call that iOS makes visible to Niner and that was not placed in Niner. Monitoring being off for more than 10 minutes also counts as one outside call.
Monitoring says Off
Open the Niner tab and tap Turn on monitoring. If iOS asks, allow the Niner measurement configuration.
Something in my activity log is wrong
Open the activity, tap Report a mistake, and tell us what happened. We will review it and recalculate when needed.
How do I add friends?
Open Calls, tap +, and share your PIN. Your friend enters it in Niner and you are connected.
How do I delete my account?
Open the Niner tab, go to Settings, and tap Delete account.
